Sydney Townsend and the Sunwest commercial real estate team are the go-to PR and marketing experts for some of the biggest transactions in the country. With decades of experience, Sydney is a true partner with her clients and believes media relations goes far beyond simply generating a press release.

Over the years, she has developed a reputation of consummate trust and professionalism among journalists who call on her regularly for sources and ideas. Her big-picture mindset drives the strategic counsel and execution on every account. The real estate team’s impressive client list encompasses office, mixed-use and industrial developers, along with investment and construction firms. Sydney also lends her expertise on crisis communications and healthcare projects. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts, minor in public relations, from the University of Oklahoma.

Outside the office, Sydney enjoys attending concerts, theater and ballet performances, along with hanging out with her sportswriter husband and her Sooner and Longhorn twin girls. She also likes hands-on volunteer projects that provide direct services to those seeking assistance.
