Michael Lunceford

For 41 years, Michael Lunceford was responsible for worldwide public affairs for Mary Kay Inc. in nearly 40 countries around the world. He has been active in civic affairs, serving on boards in Texas and Washington DC, and has served as a political advisor to many elected officials locally and nationally.
Michael has served as Chair of the World Federation of Direct Selling Association’s Government Relations Advocacy Committee (GRAC). He formerly was chair of the WFDSA Ethics and Self-Regulation Committee and led the successful effort to enhance the industry’s worldwide code of conduct. Michael was inducted into the Direct Selling Hall of Fame in 2015 and received the Direct Selling Education Foundation’s highest recognition—the prestigious Circle of Honor Award in 2004. He currently serves as the President of the Mary Kay Ash Foundation and as a Trustee of the Mary Kay Family Foundation.
He was formerly a member of the Congressional Award Foundation as an appointee of US Senator Bob Dole and was also a founding member of the Texas Lyceum. He is the Chair of Friends of the Medical Center Political Action Committee, a board member of the Dallas Breakfast Group, and a board member of the Policy & Taxation Group, which focuses on the repeal of the estate tax.
Michael also serves on the board of the Hope 4 All Foundation, and he currently is the Chair of the Government Relations Committee President’s Advisory Board at UT Southwestern Medical School.
