Lauren Dugger

Vice President - CSR & Philanthropic Services

With a passion for writing and philanthropy, Lauren Dugger leads the CSR & Philanthropic Services team with a heavy focus on corporate, community and private family foundations, as well as strategic counsel and management of corporate social responsibility programs. Lauren and her team plan and execute targeted communications initiatives based on specific business goals of each client – whether the aim is to increase the donor base, streamline a grant-making process or strategically align business objectives with giving.

Since joining Sunwest in 1999, Lauren has managed CSR planning, strategic grant management, thought leadership, traditional and social media relations, special events and other public relations endeavors for business and nonprofit clients. She received a Bachelor of Journalism degree at The University of Texas at Austin.

Lauren offers her gifts and talents in support of several North Texas nonprofit organizations and Grace Avenue United Methodist Church in Frisco.
