Brinton Payne
Senior Advisor, Government Relations
Brinton Payne has worked in and around the Texas Legislature and local governments in Texas for decades. He was a staffer for two members of the Texas Senate – both of whom served in the Senate Finance Committees.
In 2006, Brinton moved to the private sector serving as the Vice President of Government Affairs for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. In this role, he worked to protect the Fort Worth business community at the state legislature and assisted in various local initiatives as they pertained to economic development, water, transportation, education and healthcare.
In 2012, Brinton seized the opportunity to begin a consulting business of his own with various infrastructure clients, many of which he still works for today.
He has a podcast called Fortitude Fort Worth with his longtime high school friend JW Wilson and is always looking for new opportunities to enhance his simple but satisfying life.
