With less than a month’s lead time, a major private university tasked Sunwest with encouraging 8th-12th grade students and educators to attend overnight Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and professional development camps, respectively.
In an effort to widely publicize the camps in a timely manner, Sunwest targeted school district superintendents across three states with print and digital marketing materials. Sunwest analyzed and updated the camp website with creative content for clarity and appeal. In addition, a social media strategy was developed and implemented as another way to target students, their parents and educators.
Sunwest's strategic and opportune actions increased camp enrollment by nearly 2000% compared to the previous summer. The enhanced online presence and facilitation of more frequent and effective constituent communication far exceeded the client’s expectations.
