Currently, there are two intern positions are available: Public Relations and Web & Creative.

PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following assignments:
Assist with media relations efforts through developing contact lists, writing pitches, making follow-up contact to secure coverage, and collecting and reporting coverage
- Generate strategies and content for agency and client social media initiatives
- Contribute general event, program and special project support
- Conduct research for client work and new business opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming and staff meetings
- Regularly meet with assigned mentor
The ideal candidate is a talented upper-level college student or recent graduate with the following qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and interest in public relations or communications
- Experience in today’s digital/social media landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism
WEB/CREATIVE INTERN
We are looking for an ambitious web and creative Intern. This intern will create content as well as maintain and update the company website. The intern will report to the creative director but will work directly with various members of the team. Responsibilities include but not limited to proof-reading, revisions, and layout of both existing and new marketing deliverables such as white papers, case studies, and presentations for both traditional and digital marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Website updates including: whitepapers, analyst reports, case studies, press releases, events, graphics, videos, blog posts, and more
- Prepare bi-weekly reports based on Google Analytics and help analyze web traffic, conversion rates, and trends
- Participate in search engine keyword research and assist in implementing SEO updates and optimizations
- Proofread, lay out, and distribute new and updated marketing deliverables using Adobe InDesign
- Contribute to minor branding and design projects depending on background of the candidate
- Video production, camera operation, and video editing are possible, depending on marketing needs and background of the candidate
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, Design, Web Development, or related discipline with a 3.0 GPA minimum
- Prior relevant intern experience in a professional setting, preferably technology
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Illustrator, and Premiere are a big plus
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Prior writing experience, strong analytical, and online marketing experience preferred
