Account Supervisors are leaders on Sunwest account teams. This role serves as a liaison with clients, while also expanding into budgeting and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • One-on-one liaison with client team(s), perhaps as the main point of contact, keeping an open line of communication and timely correspondence
      • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
      • Prioritize and manage multiple projects
      • Assign, draft, edit, review, publish and share engaging content regularly on behalf of clients
  • Create, manage and implement social media strategy to align with client goals
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor in real time for comments and reviews
  • Suggest and implement new campaigns to increase followers, engagement and impressions
  • Liaise with creative services team to create compelling social assets
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media technologies, trends and best practices
  • Regularly seek opportunities for professional development
  • Create, manage and/or provide feedback on project recommendations and timelines
    • With the account lead, play a role in directing account management including strategy, budgeting and team role planning
    • Manage and mentor direct reports, when the account necessitates junior personnel
    • Participate in relevant business development conversations to share expertise
    • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills:

  • Ability to generate creative and grammatically correct copy
  • Familiarity with in-platform social posting, publishing and reporting
  • Expert ability to utilize Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok
  • Familiarity with creating, implementing, optimizing and tracking social media ads
    • Extremely organized in all work-related actions
    • Detail oriented
    • Exhibits ability to manage projects from start to finish with Supervisor support
    • Beginning ability to manage junior personnel
    • Expert ability to seamlessly move from one task to another
    • Actively demonstrates dedication to work
  • Creativity and agility
  • Ability to learn quickly, take direction and work well with others
  • Professional demeanor within and outside office while conducting agency business
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
