Todd Anderton | VP – Marketing, Trademark Property Company
Todd has worked in shopping center marketing for over 24 years, and has worked at Trademark since 2018 where he oversees all corporate marketing and field marketing initiatives for a portfolio of 19 retail and mixed-use properties. He was previously Vice President of Marketing for Cypress Equities in Dallas, and also directed the Dallas regional marketing office for CBL and Associates Properties for nine years prior to that. While at CBL, Todd was the national program director for CBL’s Youth Escort Policy, where he coordinated public affairs and communications for one of the industry’s first nationwide programs to address safety issues with unaccompanied children in shopping malls.
Todd has also served in several field marketing roles across the United States within the shopping center industry and consulted privately within the retail real estate sector on a variety of marketing programs.
Todd holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and has also earned Certified Marketing Director status with the International Council of Shopping Centers. Todd and his family have called DFW home since 2007.
Christina M. Helwig | Sr. VP – Global Marketing, AdvoCare International
Christina oversees all marketing and communications activities for AdvoCare. She joined the company in 2013 and has demonstrated immeasurable impact to the business from implementing innovative ideas to continuing to develop the company’s culture. In addition, Christina serves on the internal crisis communications team. She’s been recognized as a 40 under 40 by Direct Selling News and has spoken at numerous Direct Selling Association events. Christina is a proud graduate of the University of Texas aand lives in Dallas with her husband, stepson and two-year-old twins.
Micaela Rosinski | Communications Manager, Andrews Distributing Company
Micaela joined the Andrews team in 2014 and currently serves as communications manager within the human resources & communication department. In alignment with Andrews’ culture and purpose, she oversees a team that develops communication approaches to drive engagement among each of the organization’s stakeholders. Her internal focuses are on growing communication channels and strategies to serve team members daily, while aligning with the needs and growth of the organization. Externally, she supports communication with retail partners and brewing customers, oversees media relations and develops strategies surrounding legislative and government relations.
Micaela is a two-time alumna of Texas Tech and holds a bachelor’s in public relations and master’s in strategic communication and innovation.
Doug Ward | President, GeoGlobal Partners, The OASE Group
Doug Ward has been President of GeoGlobal Partners since 2007. In his role as President, Doug is responsible for running the American subsidiary of the OASE Group, as well as overseeing GeoGlobal Partners’ operations worldwide. His mission is focused on ensuring superior end-user satisfaction with the breadth of consumer and commercial products the company offers.
Prior to 2007, Ward served as GeoGlobal’s VP of Sales. Bringing 30+ years of unparalleled sales, managerial and executive leadership, his passion is an asset to the company. Doug has orchestrated successful launches of national brands, start-ups, and global partnerships. Since joining GeoGlobal Partners in 2004 as its third employee, the company has enjoyed expansion into over 5000 retail stores in North America.
Doug’s experience ranges from sales, e-commerce, brand desig, and product development, to international sourcing, human resources and global supply-chain management. His entrepreneurial spirit and pursuit of excellence will ensure continued success as he advances the company through the next phase of expansion. He also serves on the board of directors for the South Florida division of Truist Bank. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. He lives in North Palm Beach.
