Respected Regional Leadership Program

Objective

A local nonprofit recruited Sunwest to grow and enhance its current leadership program to be more prestigious and raise its profile and appeal across North Texas.

Approach

Sunwest conducted research on similar organizations to identify elements that could bolster the current program curriculum. Utilizing existing relationships, Sunwest also broadened and deepened engagement with civic and support organizations to develop new sponsorships. In addition, Sunwest used traditional PR methods to extend reach of potential candidates.

Following the execution of Sunwest’s strategies and tactics, the number of high-quality program applicants increases year over year, which has led to the need to raise the number of participants. The program has achieved more prominent visibility among the community, leading to continued expansion of graduates, sponsorships and partners.
